This is the perfect salsa. It has great fresh flavor, and the perfect amount of heat - not too much, and it doesn't leave you wishing for more spice. I think it is best eaten cold. It is hard to find a good fresh handmade salsa anymore. Everything at the grocery stores now days are mass-produced, filled with preservatives and additives, and probably have been sitting in a warehouse or shelf somewhere for weeks. You can guarantee with Milly's that it was made the same week you are eating it!
